My technique approaches the body from a myofascial and kinetic chain (how tissues connect across the body to coordinate movement) perspective along with muscles and bones to help address the real causes of pain. We look at how you're moving and where you hold stress that's keeping you in a chronic pain and injury pattern. Using a unique combination of techniques, we free up restricted joints and neurologically re-engage muscle groups that haven't been firing in order to create balance and flexibility. We then focus on building strength to get you enjoying movement in your day-to-day life while moving towards your physical goals.
